FAQ

Question:  I won't give my kids beer!

Answer:  The "good" stuff in the beer to adults evaporates away during the baking process.  It's the yeast in the beer that the bread needs to rise.

Question:  It's just me and my husband, we can't eat a whole loaf but we love your bread, can you make smaller loaves?

Answer:  Absolutely, I do this all the time.  One bag will make 3 mini loaves.  Simply divide the batter up as even as you can and don't bake as long. I start at 25-30 minutes and go from there.  Just check with a toothpick.  I share mine with my mom and mother-in-law and they also make great gifts!
